目的分析学校卫生专业人员论文发表情况与在职培训项目中教学模块的设置,为提高培训项目的质量提供参考。方法采用目的抽样原则,于2015年7月选取参加“2015沈阳市学生体质与健康监测人员培训项目”中在沈阳市市内5个行政区域的学员为调查对象。收集统计调查对象发表的学校卫生相关领域论文,确认文献主题及可能的文献需求情况。结果在调查的73名学员中,共有13名学员发表过33篇学术论文,有10人以第一作者身份发表过论文。有13篇论文为与高校或疾病预防控制中心合作完成。学术论文按照研究对象可划分为研究儿童少年卫生保健情况、针对家长的健康教育以及学校卫生管理层面3类,分别为29,1,3篇。结论从在职培训学员实际工作情况出发,筛选符合实际需要的授课内容和授课资源,有助于在职培训项目与学校卫生工作实际需求间的精准对接。
Objective To analyze the publication of school health professionals’ papers and the setting of teaching modules in on-the-job training programs, so as to provide references for improving the quality of training programs. Methods According to the principle of objective sampling, in July 2015, participants who participated in the “Shenyang Shenyang Student Physique and Health Monitor Training Program 2015” were selected as survey subjects in 5 administrative regions of Shenyang City. Collect the papers published by the surveyed students in the field of school health, and confirm the subject of the literature and possible literature needs. Results Of the 73 trainees surveyed, 13 trainees published 33 academic papers and 10 published their papers as the first author. Thirteen papers were completed in collaboration with universities or CDC. According to the research object, the dissertation can be divided into three categories: health care for children and adolescents, health education for parents and school health management, which are 29,1,3 respectively. Conclusion Based on the actual working conditions of on-the-job trainees, the selection of lectures and teaching resources in line with the actual needs can help to achieve accurate interoperability between on-the-job training programs and the actual needs of school health work.
