目的了解桦甸市儿童缺钙发生率并分析缺钙原因,为科学防治提供依据。方法采用原子吸收光谱仪对2288名儿童血钙进行检测,调查他们的生活饮食习惯、出生季节、居住区城、是否患佝偻病等,并填写调查表,进行统计分析。结果检出缺钙儿童1324名,缺钙发病率57.87%。秋冬季出生、居住在农村以及患佝偻病的儿童缺钙发生率明显高于其他儿童,差异均有统计学差异(均P<0.01)。结论桦甸市儿童钙营养状况处于一个较低水平,引导儿童合理膳食、改变生活环境、指导家长正确补钙等综合措施是预防儿童钙缺乏的重要途径。
Objective To understand the incidence of calcium deficiency in children in Huadian City and to analyze the causes of calcium deficiency in order to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The blood calcium level of 2288 children was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. Their life eating habits, birth season, city of living area, rickets, etc were investigated. The questionnaires were filled in and statistical analysis was made. Results 1324 children with calcium deficiency were detected, the incidence of calcium deficiency was 57.87%. The incidence of calcium deficiency in children born in autumn and winter, living in rural areas and suffering from rickets was significantly higher than that in other children (all P <0.01). Conclusion The calcium nutrition status of children in Huadian City is at a low level. It is an important way to prevent children calcium deficiency by comprehensive measures such as guiding children’s reasonable diet, changing living environment and guiding parents to correct calcium supplement.
