北京地区防治冠心病协作组,分析统计了10个医院自解放或建院以来收治1539例急性心肌梗塞的临床资料。男女比例为1.96∶1,男性平均年龄为54.2岁,女性平均年龄为64.4岁。发病季节以冬季较多。67.1%的病例有情绪激动、体力劳动、饱餐及劳累等发病诱因。81.2%的病人在心肌梗塞前有前驱症状。发病时最常见的症状有:胸痛(7.39%)、心力衰竭(10.1%)、胃肠症
