由中国珠算协会和浙江省珠算协会联合举办的我国第一次全国性珠算技术邀请赛,于去年10月底在杭州举行。来自全国26个省市的158名选手中,绝大部分是财贸战线的青年职工,但也有年过半百的老人。通过三场紧张的比赛,共选拔出42名优胜选手。其中,东北三省就占了22名,他们使用清一色的长条小算盘,赢得绝对优势。加减乘除全能比赛夺魁者,就是辽宁省旅大市什品杂货公司的统计员孙珉。通过这次比赛,促进了我国珠算事业的发展,看到了中国珠坛后继有人,实在令人振奋。但欣喜之余,我们也看到了我国珠算研究和技术水平与世界先进水平的差距。当然,由于这次比赛还足初次,不一定能反映
