如今，尽管有些国家实行了弹性工作时间制，并且可以利用电信工具在家里办公，但是工作形势却比以往任何时候都要严峻。企业对员工数量的不断精减以及对工作要求的日益提高，都给雇员造成了很大压力。许多雇员不得不长时间工作，并且经常出差，渐渐地他们都会感觉负担过重了。
Today, the working situation is harsher than ever though some countries have flexible working hours and can use telecommunications tools to work from home. The continual reduction in the number of employees and the ever-increasing demand for work have put a lot of pressure on employees. Many employees have to work long hours and travel frequently, and gradually they all feel overburdened.
