羊曲水电站生活营地室外工程是我局进入羊曲水电站市场的第一个项目,工程于2010年9月中标。为了进一步开拓青海市场,进驻羊曲电站,也为后续主体工程的承揽提供前站基础,我局从长远战略考虑,最初投标时报价相对较低。中标后,由于业主征地问题未及时解决,导致工程迟迟不能开工,直到2011年7月1日才正式开工,开工工期延迟9个月。该工程项目在履约过程中存在诸多经营风险,我们积极应对并采取了有效措施,最终降低了经营风险,扭转了经营困境。现在分析这些风险和应对措施可以为日后类似工程提供借鉴的经验。
Yangqu Hydropower Station life camp outdoor project is my bureau into the sheep quarry hydropower station market’s first project, the project won the bid in September 2010. After the successful bidder, due to the land acquisition of the landlords was not solved in time, the project was delayed to start working until it was officially started on July 1, 2011, and the construction period was delayed by 9 months. The project has many operational risks during the compliance process. We actively responded to and took effective measures to reduce operational risks and reverse operational difficulties. Now analyze these risks and countermeasures can provide reference for similar projects in the future experience.
