根据高血压病的群体患病率与患者一、二级亲属的患病率,按Falconer估计阈值性状遗传度的公式,采取了性别分层分别计算,得出了青海高原高血压遗传度的加权平均值为59.88%±3.78%。其中53例高原世居先证者的高血压遗传度的加权平均值为56.6%±4%。为探讨高原地区遗传因素在高血压发病机制中的作用提供资料。
