抑制素的结构与功能研究进展

抑制素(Prohibitin)蛋白在不同的肿瘤组织中都发现有异常表达。Prohibitin因其具有的抗增殖的作用而受到重视,认为它可能作为新的肿瘤标志物。本文综述Prohibitin的基因结构、蛋白功能及与肿瘤关系。

Prohibitin protein is abnormally expressed in different tumor tissues. Prohibitin because of its anti-proliferative effect and attention, it may be as a new tumor marker. This review summarizes the gene structure, protein function and tumor-related relationship of Prohibitin.
