目的 通过体外成骨细胞培养 ,观察补肾中药骨疏康对成骨细胞的直接刺激作用。方法 采用第 2代成骨细胞加入浓度为 5μg/ ml、10 μg/ ml、2 0 μg/ ml的骨疏康药液 ,测定 AKP、BGP、PDY的含量并进行细胞计数。结果 加药后细胞数随药物浓度增加而增加 ,AKP和 BGP水平也相应提高。2 0μg/ml组的 L AP和 BGP水平较 5μg/ ml组和 10μg/ ml组增加明显 ,有显著差异 P<0 .0 5。 PYD含量随药液浓度增加而减小 ,2 0μg/ ml组与 5μg/ ml组间有显著差异 P<0 .0 5。结论 认为骨疏康有直接刺激成骨细胞增殖及加强其活性的作用 ,这种作用随浓度增加而增大 ,浓度为 2 0μg/ ml时效果明显。骨疏康可能有抑制破骨的作用。
Objective To observe the direct stimulatory effect of Bushen Chinese Gushukang on osteoblasts by in vitro osteoblast culture. Methods The second-generation osteoblasts were added with the concentration of 5 μg/ml, 10 μg/ml, and 20 μg/ml bonesukang liquid to measure the contents of AKP, BGP, and PDY and perform cell counting. Results The number of cells after drug addition increased with the increase of drug concentration, and the levels of AKP and BGP increased accordingly. The levels of L AP and BGP in the 20 μg/ml group were significantly higher than those in the 5 μg/ml group and the 10 μg/ml group, with a significant difference P 0. 05. The PYD content decreased with increasing concentration of the drug solution. There was a significant difference between the 20 μg/ml group and the 5 μg/ml group (P<0.05). Conclusion It is believed that Gushukang directly stimulates the proliferation of osteoblasts and enhances their activity. This effect increases with the increase of concentration, and the effect is obvious when the concentration is 20 μg/ml. Gushukang may have the effect of inhibiting bone fracture.
