原发性肝癌是常见的恶性肿瘤，确诊时一般已属晚期。大多数晚期肝癌患者尚无理想的治疗手段，适合于手术切除者不超过20％。采用经皮穿刺途径，行肝动脉插管化疗栓塞是近年兴起的治疗原发性肝癌的新方法。我院自1990～1999年运用此技术治疗64例晚期肝癌患者，取得了较好的治疗
Primary liver cancer is a common malignancy, and it is usually advanced at the time of diagnosis. Most patients with advanced liver cancer have no ideal treatment and are suitable for surgical resection of no more than 20%. The use of percutaneous puncture approach for transcatheter arterial chemoembolization is a new method for the treatment of primary liver cancer. Our hospital has used this technique to treat 64 patients with advanced liver cancer from 1990 to 1999 and achieved better treatment
