目的：了解脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）常规检查对神经精神性狼疮（ＮＰＬＥ）的诊断价值。方法：１４例ＮＰＬＥ患者中有１２例在治疗前后做了ＣＳＦ常规检查。２２例无精神神经症状的ＳＬＥ患者做为对照。结果：１４例ＮＰＬＥ患者有１３例（９２．８６％）ＣＳＦ异常，高于做为对照组的无精神神经症状的ＳＬＥ患者，有显著统计学意义。治疗后有１２例ＮＰＬＥ患者的ＣＳＦ常规有了改善，包括压力、细胞数、蛋白（Ｐ值分别为＜０．０１、＜０．０１和＜０．０５）。结论：ＣＳＦ的改变和神经精神症状有关，ＣＳＦ常规检查有助于ＮＰＬＥ的诊断。
Objective: To understand the value of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) routine examination in the diagnosis of neuroleptic lupus (NPLE). Methods: Twelve of the 14 patients with NPLE underwent CSF routine examination before and after treatment. Twenty-two patients with SLE without neurotic symptoms served as controls. Results: Thirteen patients with NPLE (92.86%) had abnormal CSF abnormalities, which were significantly higher than those without SLE in control group. Twelve patients with NPLE improved their CSF routine after treatment, including pressure, cell count, and protein (P values <0.01, <0.01 and <0.05, respectively). Conclusion: The changes of CSF are related to neuropsychiatric symptoms. The routine examination of CSF is helpful for the diagnosis of NPLE.
