研究了焦化蜡油中碱性氮化物质量分数w(Nb)的变化对裂化产品的分布及原料转化率的影响规律 .在同轴式小型流化催化裂化试验装置上 ,考察了 50 0℃和 52 0℃两个温度下 ,碱性氮化物对焦化蜡油裂化性能的影响 .结果表明 ,当原料中w(Nb)每增加 0 .1%时 ,汽油收率下降 3.1%~ 5.5% ,转化率平均下降 2 %~ 4 % ,焦炭收率增加 1%~ 3% ,柴油收率随w(Nb)增加有一极值 ,极值位置随温度升高而提前出现 ,因此 ,提高反应温度有利于增加催化剂活性
