浙江省长兴县地处长三角地区沿湾发展带、宁湖杭沿线发展带和沿湖发展带,区位优势和战略地位明显。2009年,全国综合实力百强县排名第46位。蓄电池产业是长兴工业经济九大支柱产业之一,也是九大支柱产业中最具代表性的。近几年,长兴蓄电池产业发展迅速,但是,发展不平衡、不协调、不可持续问题依然突出。只有把握趋势、应对得当,加速推进产业升级和经济方式转变,才有可能抢占先机、赢得优势,解决发展中存在的主要问题,实现长兴蓄电池产业和县域经济的全面可持续发展。
Changxing County, Zhejiang Province is located in the Yangtze River Delta along the Bay Development Zone, along the development zone along the Ning Lake and along the lake development zone, location advantages and strategic position obvious. In 2009, the national top 100 comprehensive strength counties ranked 46th. The battery industry is one of the nine pillar industries of Changxing Industrial Economy and the most representative of the nine pillar industries. In recent years, Changxing battery industry has developed rapidly, but the imbalanced development, uncoordinated, unsustainable issues remain outstanding. Only by grasping the trend and coping properly, can we speed up the industrial upgrading and economic transformation so as to seize the opportunities and gain the advantages to solve the major problems in development so as to realize the all-round sustainable development of the Changxing battery industry and the county economy.
