目的探讨川藏线男性汽车兵人群血尿酸与脂代谢的变化。方法对2 355例体检人群分为≥26岁年龄组(1 701例)和≤25岁年龄组(654例),全自动生化分析仪分析体检对象的血尿酸、血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白),并检测结果进行统计分析。结果共检出523例(22.21%)高尿酸血症患者,其中25岁以下组为216例,检出率为12.70%,26岁以上组为307例,检出率为46.94%;高胆固醇血症423例,其中25岁以下年龄组34例(2.00%),26岁以上年龄组为389例(59.48%);低胆固醇血症为490例,其中25岁以下组为473例(27.81%),26岁以上组17例(2.60%)。高尿酸血症中脂代谢异常率最高达78.01%。结论高尿酸血症及高脂血症在26岁以上组明显多于25岁以下组,在25岁以下组中存在低胆固醇血症;高尿酸血症及高脂血症干部明显多于战士。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum uric acid and lipid metabolism in male car soldiers in Sichuan-Tibet line. Methods A total of 2 355 medical examinations were divided into two groups: ≥26 years old (1 701 cases) and ≤25 years old (654 cases). The contents of serum uric acid, blood lipid (total cholesterol, triglyceride , High density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein), and test results for statistical analysis. Results A total of 523 cases (22.21%) of patients with hyperuricemia were detected, of which 216 cases were under 25 years old, the detection rate was 12.70%, 307 cases over 26 years old, the detection rate was 46.94%; hypercholesterolemia There were 423 cases (42%) of the patients under 25 years of age (2.00%), 389 (59.48%) of those over 26 years of age and 490 cases of hypocholesterolemia (473 cases, 27.81%) under 25 years of age , 17 cases over the age of 26 (2.60%). Hyperuricemia in lipid metabolism abnormal rate up to 78.01%. Conclusions Hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia were significantly higher in the group of more than 26 years old than in the group of less than 25 years old. There was hypocholesterolemia in the group of 25 years old. The hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia were more than those in the warrior.
