随着社会的发展和时代的进步,我国的经济得到了非常大的飞跃,而企业的人力资源管理开始作为一个专业学科得到了各界人士的广泛关注和研究,人力资源管理正逐步在企业经营与发展中起到非常重大的作用和价值。但是现存的企业人力资源管理制度已不能满足当前企业和经济发展的需要,本文就关于我国目前的企业人力资源存在的问题作了简要的分析,做了几点建议。
