【原序】败局、陷阱与我们的未来《第一财经日报》总编辑秦朔几年前,我的朋友吴晓波写过一本畅销财经著作《大败局》,从经营管理角度总结那些失败企业的教训。王荣利律师最近完成的这本《总裁的陷阱》,则是从法律角度探讨企业家个人失败的原因,并提出防范的建议。虽然从写作上看,这本书和《大败局》有着不同的风格,但其命题和《大败局》是一样重要的。尤其是书中大量援引和分析的那些陷入牢狱之灾甚至惹来杀身之祸的商界人士的案例,读起来比《大败局》还要残酷,令人难以卒读。

The “trap of the president” recently completed by lawyer Wang Rongli discusses the reasons for the individual failure of entrepreneurs from a legal point of view and puts forward suggestions for guarding against them. Although this book has a different style from the “defeat” in terms of writing, its proposition is just as important as the “defeat”. In particular, the large numbers of business people in jail and even the culprits cited and analyzed in the book read even more cruelly than hard-to-read figures.
