进行棉花射线处理的研究,目的在于获得变异材料,供育种上的利用;同时观察不同射线、不同剂量对于棉花生长发育的影响,以及对农艺性状、经济性状引发的变异遗传作用。
The aim of the study is to obtain the mutated materials for breeding use. At the same time, the effects of different radiation and different dosages on the growth and development of cotton and the genetic variation induced by agronomic and economic traits were observed.
