随着无人值守站的增多,各个变电站都安装了遥视系统。怎样充分发挥遥视系统的功能,让监控中心、地调能看到当地变电站的运行情况,遥视主站系统是关键。本文介绍了遥视主站系统的建设方案和远程视频监控系统的总体体系架构;阐述了变电站、监控小区和地调的遥视主站设备的各项功能、性能及相应流程、接口等方面的技术要求。
As unattended stations have increased, remote substations have been installed in all substations. How to give full play to the function of the remote viewing system, so that the monitoring center to adjust to see the operation of the local substation, remote master system is the key. This paper introduces the construction program of the remote video master system and the overall architecture of the remote video surveillance system. It also expounds the functions, performance, corresponding processes and interfaces of the remote video master station in substations, monitoring cells and ground stations skills requirement.
