我国农村部分地区存在着幼儿不上小班、直接上中班的现象,本文将由这类幼儿组成的中班称为“新中班”。新中班幼儿面临如何尽快适应幼儿园生活的问题。依据新中班幼儿认知和情感发展的特点及家庭保教的实际状况,研究者采取了调整保教阶段目标和进度、建立和谐师幼关系、以家园合作带动幼儿和家长的发展、开展有针对性的教育和指导等策略,帮助新中班幼儿顺利度过入园适应期。
In some parts of China’s rural areas, there is a phenomenon that young children do not go to small classes and go directly to secondary classes. This article refers to the class called “new middle class” composed of such children. New middle school children face how to adapt to the problem of kindergarten life as soon as possible. Based on the characteristics of new middle school children’s cognition and emotional development and the actual situation of family education, the researchers adopted the objective and schedule of adjusting the phase of education and establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and children, bringing the development of young children and parents with home-based cooperation and carrying out the targeted Education and guidance strategies to help new middle school children smoothly through the park adaptation period.
