患者女,54岁。近1个月来无明显诱因出现间歇性头痛、头晕,伴恶心,未呕吐,疼痛以夜间为著。自服“止痛”药后头痛症状未见明显缓解,且感颈部酸痛不适,双上肢无麻木感,肌力正常。MRI表现:第四脑室偏右侧可见一直径30 mm大小类圆形混杂信号影,中心呈稍长T1长T2信号,边缘呈等T1等T2信号,压水序列呈稍低信号,DWI病灶呈等低信号,边界欠清,邻近
