目的了解该院2010年临床药品使用动态监测结果,促进临床合理用药。方法收集该院2010年每月销售金额前20位的药品记录,对药品种类、出现频次等情况进行统计和分析。结果药品涉及9大类62个品种,抗微生物药物累计出现频次最高(123次);其次是中药制剂(45次);每月用药排名前2位药品销售金额波动幅度平稳。结论医院开展药品使用动态监测工作,显示出药品销售金额监测效益,但存在抗菌药物过度使用现象。
Objective To understand the clinical monitoring of clinical use of the hospital in 2010, to promote clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Collecting the top 20 drug records of the hospital in monthly sales amount in 2010, collecting and analyzing the types and occurrence frequency of drugs. Results The drug involved 62 varieties in 9 major categories, with the cumulative frequency of antimicrobial drugs being the highest (123), followed by that of traditional Chinese medicine (45 times). The sales volume of the top 2 drugs in monthly drug use remained stable. Conclusion The hospital carried out dynamic monitoring of drug use, showing the benefit of drug sales monitoring, but there was an overuse of antimicrobial drugs.
