西安煤矿机械厂建成了一条年产3000～4000吨的水玻璃旧砂湿法再生流水作业线,已投入生产。落砂机下的旧砂,经筛分,细粒经混砂作背砂用;大块经锤式破碎机破碎成3毫米以下的砂粒,一部分经混砂作背砂用,一部分投入水爆池进入湿法再生流水线。铸件水爆后落入筛底的砂粒,由水力提升机提升至弧形筛,筛分后落入中间池,再由水力提升机提至一级旋流器,初步再生
