本试验采用三圃制田间设计,对麦类材料进行抗耐黄矮病(BYDV)的鉴定。第一圃是初筛圃,对材料进行初步筛选;第二圃是复审圃,主要目的是选出可为育种利用的抗源材料和可供大田推广的抗性品种;第三圃是亲本圃,对抗性材料的亲本进行鉴定,以期了解抗性材料的遗传系谱和表型特征。
In this experiment, we used three-garden field design to identify the wheat-resistant materials against BYDV. The first garden is the first screening garden, the initial screening of materials; the second garden is a review garden, the main purpose is to select for breeding use of anti-source materials and the promotion of resistant varieties available in the field; third garden is the parent garden , The parents of the antagonistic material were identified in order to understand the genetic lineage and phenotypic characteristics of the resistant material.
