前文报导了甲醇在常压下经 ZSM-5分子筛催化剂转化为烃类。Reginald I.B.提到甲醇在21大气压下进行催化转化,汽油馏分可占烃类产物60%以上;国内文献也提到增加压力能提高液烃收率。本文报导了在自装微型加压反应装置上进行甲醇转化为汽油的试验,对于加压条件下 ZSM—5的催化活性作了探讨。
The previous report reports that methanol is converted to hydrocarbons via ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst at atmospheric pressure. Reginald I.B. Mentioned methanol catalytic conversion at 21 atm, the gasoline fraction can account for more than 60% of hydrocarbon products; domestic literature also mentioned that increasing the pressure can increase the liquid hydrocarbon yield. This paper reports the experiment of converting methanol into gasoline on a self-contained micro-pressure reactor. The catalytic activity of ZSM-5 under pressure is discussed.
