胡锦涛同志在省部级干部落实科学发展观研讨班上讲话指出:转变经济发展方式刻不容缓。综合国际国内经济形势,我们要把加快经济发展方式转变作为深入贯彻落实科学发展观的重要目标和战略举措。
Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out at the seminar on the implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development by provincial and ministerial level cadres that it is imperative to change the mode of economic development without delay. Taking into account the international and domestic economic situations, we must take the quickening of the transformation of the mode of economic development as an important objective and strategic measure to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development.
