建筑行业新生代员工普遍存在着追求自我实现、感情世界单调、对建筑业认同降低、实现自我的能力不足的特点。国企党群工作是连接企业和员工的重要纽带,在耦合两者关系中担负着重要职责。只有不断深化对党群工作的认识,帮助员工自我实现、丰富感情生活、增强其归属感,才能实现企业与员工共同进步的双赢局面。
The new generation employees in the construction industry generally have the characteristics of pursuing self-realization, monotonous feelings and monuments, lowering the recognition of the construction industry, and lacking the ability to realize themselves. The work of the party groups and state-owned enterprises is an important link connecting enterprises and employees, and plays an important role in coupling the two.
