此次的小幅油画作品展从序列上说应是第七届江苏油画展。作品的尺幅虽然小一点,但无论是参评以及入选作品的数量均超过了以往的几届油画展,尤其是许多年轻作者踊跃参展,显示出江苏油画界一种努力进取的精神风貌。确实,在当今种种新的艺术样式层出不穷之际,仍有那么多作者执著地钟情于油画创作,这本身就令人感动。相信这并非仅仅出于一项喜好和兴趣,而更是源自一种信心和真诚。
The small exhibition of oil paintings from the sequence should be the Seventh Jiangsu Oil Painting Exhibition. Although the size of the works is smaller, both the number of entries and the number of selected works surpass that of previous oil painting exhibitions. In particular, many young authors are actively participating in the exhibition, demonstrating a spirit of striving and enterprising in the oil painting industry in Jiangsu. Indeed, with so many new artistic styles emerging today, there are still so many authors who are deeply in love with the creation of oil paintings, which in itself is touching. Believe it is not just out of a hobby and interest, but also from a kind of confidence and sincerity.
