外伤性视神经病变(trumaic optic neuropathy,NOT)是一种视力损伤严重、预后较差的急性眼外伤。车祸、拳击等原因所致的眶部、额颞部外伤,尤其是颅底骨折,外力往往通过传导作用于视神经,使视神经受到损伤,导致严重的视力障碍。因发病机制复杂,如果得不到及时有效的治疗,将会导致视神经萎缩、视力永久性丧失的危险。现将我院2003年1月至2007年12月治疗的外伤性视神经病变112例(126眼)分析报告如下。

Now in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2007 treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy in 112 cases (126 eyes) analysis report is as follows.
