东北亚能源合作可以形成多赢局面。韩国的能源政策为中韩能源合作提供了良好的基础。中韩可在俄罗斯能源开发等方面进行合作;两国的合作有可能扭转日本的竞争政策,推动东北亚能源合作的实现。
Northeast Asia energy cooperation can create a win-win situation. South Korea’s energy policy provides a good foundation for energy cooperation between China and South Korea. China and South Korea can cooperate in Russia’s energy development and other aspects. The cooperation between the two countries may reverse Japan’s competition policy and promote the realization of energy cooperation in Northeast Asia.
