日本传统美学内容丰厚,形式多样,针对当前轻浮奢华的社会环境下,重温传统日本美学,探索如何做到继承中发扬,并在当下运用得当,既不失传统美学的定义,亦符合当前时代的审美需要与功能需求。本文针对日本传统美学中禅宗的美学观、武士道的美学观、枯山水美学观、俳句美学观及武士道文化与禅文化的交融与影响中,研习其深刻内涵,运用举例论证的方式详尽阐述日本传统美学与现代设计应用;最后归纳总结继承弘扬的方法论。说明其在当代日本料理店设计中的重要性与必要性。
