2013年7月26日中国地震灾害防御中心宣教部(中国地震局宣教中心)与中国地震学会普及工作委员会的专家和科普工作人员赴承德,与河北省承德市地震局在平泉县北京部队某部的礼堂举行了一次地震科普知识进基层、进军营的专家辅导授课活动。部队官兵及承德市属县地震局和基层防震减灾助理员数百人参加了此次科普活动。中国地震局研究员、中国国际救援队原领队徐德诗做了“走近地震,远离灾难”的主题科普讲座。
July 26, 2013 China Earthquake Disaster Prevention Center Mission Demonstration Department (China Earthquake Administration Mission Center) and the Chinese Seismological Association popularization committee of experts and popular science staff went to Chengde, and Chengde City, Hebei Province Bureau of Earthquake in Pingquan County, a unit of the Beijing Forces The auditorium held a seismic science knowledge into the grass-roots level, into the camp's expert tutoring activities. Hundreds of officers and soldiers as well as the seismological bureau of Chengde City and the earthquake relief assistant at the grassroots level participated in the science popularization activities. China Earthquake Administration researcher, the original team leader of China International Rescue Team Xu Deshu made “popular earthquake, away from the disaster,” the theme of popular science lectures.
