本文采用玻碳电极同位镀金阳极溶出伏安法测定了全国地区大米、小麦等作物中痕量的碲,碲的峰电位在+0.50V—+0.70V,碲的浓度与碲的峰面积成线性关系。样品中铜的含量是碲量的200倍时,对测定有严重影响:本文采用预先恒电位电解铜的方法消除了干扰,得到较好的测定结果,试样用HNO_3-HClO_4-H_2SO_4(20∶20∶1)的混合酸消化。在0.1MHC10_4溶液10~(-7)M金溶液中进行测定。方法的精密度相对标准偏差为1.1—1.96%。回收率为82—89%。
In this paper, the determination of trace amounts of tellurium in crops such as rice and wheat in the whole country by the glassy carbon electrode in situ gold plating anodic stripping voltammetry, the peak potential of tellurium is +0.50V- +0.70V, the concentration of tellurium is linear with the peak area of tellurium relationship. The copper content in the sample is 200 times that of the tellurium, which has a serious impact on the determination. In this paper, the interference was eliminated by using the method of pre-potentiostatic electrolysis of copper to obtain a better determination result. The sample was treated with HNO 3 HClO 4 -H 2 SO 4 (20: 20: 1). In 0.1MHC10_4 solution 10 ~ (-7) M gold solution was measured. The relative standard deviation of the method was 1.1-1.96%. The recovery rate is 82-89%.
