在职高数学教学过程中转化学困生的工作非常平常也异常艰难。说它平常,是因为随着高中招生人数的扩大,学困生的数量随之增加;说它艰难,是因为作为教师要让他们后来居上,得付出很多心血。
In the process of teaching mathematics in vocational high school students poor transition work is very unusual and very difficult. It is commonplace to say that as the number of high school students enlarging, the number of students with learning difficulties increases; it is difficult to say that as a teacher, they must pay more for their efforts.
