相关分析结果显示,PRA(r=0.19,P<0.05)、ACE(r=0.10,P<0.05)和ATⅡ(r=0.10,P<0.05)均与FPG呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) activity and FPG level in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 664 eligible patients were selected to observe the relationship between RAAS activity and FPG levels. Results PRA, ACE, ATⅡand aldosterone (ALD) were grouped by quartiles. With the increase of PRA, ACE and ATⅡ levels, the level of FPG in patients with essential hypertension rose High, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between FPA (r = 0.19, P <0.05), ACE (r = 0.10, P <0.05) and ATⅡ (r = 0.10, P <0.05) Correction of other factors, PRA and AT Ⅱ levels are still related to FPG levels. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between RAAS activity and FPG level in patients with essential hypertension. The higher the RAAS activity, the higher the FPG level.
