33个DNA探针用于构建小麦染色体第六部分同源群连锁图。绘制连锁图的资料来自杂交组合中国春(CS)X Synthetic的120个单株的DNA。82个位点被绘制在连锁图上,其中28个在染色体6A上,28个在染色体6B上,26个在染色体6D上。染色体6A,6B,6D的遗传图谱长度分别为73.8cM,91.2cM和117.9cM。有6个功能基因的12个位点被绘制在该图谱中。其中包括编码麦醇溶蛋白的基因Gli-2,α-淀粉酶基因α-Amy-1,核糖体rRNA基因Nor-2,羧肽酶基因Cxp3,亮氨酸拉链蛋白基因Embp,以及一个由受脱落酸诱导而表达的基因Psr899。研究发现染色体6B短臂末端缺失。证明了小麦进化过程中曾发生过6BS/2BS的简单易位。在染色体6B的连锁图上,着丝点附近的遗传位点密度甚高。比较染色体的物理图谱与遗传图谱,发现这种现象主要是由于染色体中部的重组率远低于两端的重组率所致。
33 DNA probes were used to construct the homologous group linkage map of the sixth part of wheat chromosome. The data for the linkage map were obtained from 120 individual DNAs of the hybrid combination Chinese Spring (CS) X Synthetic. 82 loci are plotted on the linkage map, 28 of which are on chromosome 6A, 28 on chromosome 6B, and 26 on chromosome 6D. Chromosomes 6A, 6B, 6D have genetic map lengths of 73.8 cM, 91.2 cM and 117.9 cM, respectively. Twelve of the six functional genes were mapped in the map. These include Gli-2, α-Amy-1, Nor-2, carboxypeptidase Cxp3 and Embp, which encode gliadin, Abscisic acid induced expression of the gene Psr899. The study found that the short arm of chromosome 6B was deleted. The simple translocation of 6BS / 2BS occurred during wheat evolution. On the linkage map of chromosome 6B, the density of the genetic loci near the centromere is very high. Comparing the physical and genetic maps of chromosomes showed that this phenomenon was mainly due to the fact that the recombination rate in the middle of the chromosome was much lower than the recombination rate at both ends.
