本文介绍以金属粉末材料为载体,经过加工成型制成天然气蒸汽转化催化剂的试验情况。其催化剂侧压强度可控制在25~108公斤/厘米,有较大的孔隙率,体视密度为2~4.2克/厘米~3,其比表面积、孔分布等均可根据需要进行调节。制成的催化剂的活性(单颗反应速度)均能达到或超过C11—09—02或RKNR催化剂的水平。并对该催化剂和以金属刨花制成的载体进行了电镜观察和拍照。
This article describes the metal powder material as a carrier, after processing into natural gas steam reforming catalyst test case. The lateral pressure of the catalyst can be controlled at 25~108 kg / cm with larger porosity, and the apparent density is 2~4.2 g / cm~3. The specific surface area and pore distribution can be adjusted as required. The activity of the prepared catalyst (single reaction rate) can all meet or exceed the level of C11-09-02 or RKNR catalyst. The catalyst and the carrier made of metal shavings were observed under electron microscope and photographed.
