随着社会主义市场经济的飞速发展,我国商业经济发展模式、程度逐渐提升的同时,也出现了一些各种各样的问题,对我国整体经济形势造成了极为不好的影响。以建筑工程企业为例,一些施工企业在竞争投标过程中,为了能够得到更多的工作任务,常常采用低价中标的方式,这已经成为建筑行业发展过程中一种极为不好的现象。在这种形势的影响下,施工企业工程项目资金管理就成为重中之重。如何充分利用现有资金,进行合理分配,从而获得可观的经济收益,是施工企业面临的一道难题。本文就施工企业工程项目资金管理的现状展开研究,对如何做到有效管控施工企业工程项目的资金进行了深入探讨。希望借助以下研究与探讨对进一步优化我国施工企业工程项目资金管理质量具有一定的借鉴意义。
Along with the rapid development of the socialist market economy and the gradual improvement of the commercial economic development model and level in our country, various problems have also emerged that have caused extremely bad effects on the overall economic situation in our country. Take construction companies as an example, some construction enterprises often adopt the way of low bid to get more jobs in the bidding process. This has become an extremely bad phenomenon in the development of the construction industry. Under the influence of this kind of situation, the construction enterprise project fund management becomes the top priority. How to make full use of the existing funds, make reasonable distribution, so as to obtain considerable economic benefits, is a difficult problem faced by construction enterprises. This article has carried on the research to the present situation of the fund management of the construction enterprise engineering project, has carried on the thorough discussion to how to effectively control the funds of the construction enterprise engineering project. Hope that the following research and discussion on the further optimization of construction project financing quality of our construction project has some reference.
