目的了解南昌市不同人群跌伤的发生现状,为制定跌伤的预防措施提供科学依据。方法于2005年11月采用统一的问卷对南昌市随机抽取的住户进行入户问卷调查。结果共调查了25993名居民,其中1年内跌伤发生333例,发生率为1281.1/10万。男性跌伤发生率1261.0/10万,女性跌伤发生率为1302.0/10万,两者发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.086,P=0.769)。农村地区跌伤发生率(1397.2/10万)高于城市跌伤发生率(1043.5/10万)(χ2=5.683,P=0.017)。0~17岁组男性跌伤发生率高于女性(χ2=8.133,P=0.004),60~岁年龄组女性跌伤发生率高于男性(χ2=13.744,P=0.001)。各年龄组跌伤发生率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=80.684,P=0.001),以60~岁年龄组居民跌伤发生率最高。结论南昌市居民农村地区跌伤发生率高于城市。儿童以及老年人跌伤发生率较高,应针对不同地区、不同年龄组人群制定不同的措施来预防跌伤的发生。
Objective To understand the current situation of fall injuries in different populations in Nanchang and to provide a scientific basis for making prevention measures of falling injuries. Methods In November 2005, a unified questionnaire was used to survey households randomly selected in Nanchang. Results A total of 25,993 residents were surveyed, of which 333 cases fell or fell within 1 year, with a rate of 1281.1 thousand. The incidence of fall injury in men was 1261.0 / lakh and that in female was 1302.0 / lakh, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.086, P = 0.769). The incidence of falls in rural areas (1397.2 / 100,000) was higher than that of urban falls (1043.5 / 100,000) (χ2 = 5.683, P = 0.017). The incidence of fall injury in males from 0 to 17 years old was higher than that in females (χ2 = 8.133, P = 0.004). The incidence of falls in females aged 60 to 60 years was higher than that of males (χ2 = 13.744, P = 0.001). The incidence of fall injury among all age groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 80.684, P = 0.001). The highest incidence of falls was found in residents aged 60 to 60 years. Conclusion The incidence of falls in rural areas in Nanchang is higher than that in cities. Children and the elderly have a high incidence of falls. Different measures should be taken to prevent falls from occurring in different regions and different age groups.
