目的分析肿瘤患者的心理特征及表现,并总结出有效的护理措施。方法详细分析肿瘤患者在发病过程中所呈现出的心理特征,并根据患者的情况实施必要的心理护理,掌握患者的心理变化,给予有效的护理措施。结果肿瘤患者往往表现出恐惧、焦虑、怀疑、抑郁及悲观失望的心理;通过给予有效的心理护理措施能够大大增强其战胜疾病的信心及勇气。结论对于肿瘤患者护理人员应对其心理变化情况进行严密的观察,掌握其心理动态,根据其表现给予针对性的心理护理,从而增强患者接受治疗的信心,提高患者的生活质量,延长患者的生存期。
Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics and manifestations of cancer patients and to summarize the effective nursing measures. Methods Detailed analysis of the psychological characteristics of patients with cancer during the course of the disease, and according to the patient’s condition to implement the necessary psychological care, to master the psychological changes in patients, to give effective care measures. As a result, patients with oncology often showed psychology of fear, anxiety, suspicion, depression and pessimism. By giving effective psychological care measures, their confidence and courage in overcoming the disease can be greatly enhanced. CONCLUSIONS: Nurses in cancer patients should observe their psychological changes closely, grasp their psychological dynamics, and provide targeted psychological nursing according to their performance so as to enhance patients ’confidence in receiving treatment, improve patients’ quality of life, and prolong their life span .
