辽宁大企业目前面临产业结构调整和经济体制转换的双重压力,处境十分艰难。如何搞活大企业特别是亏损的大企业已成为理论和实践亟待解决的课题。这个问题解决的好坏关系到改革、发展和稳定。 1、选好领导班子是搞活大企业的关键。 在生产力三要素中,人是第一重要的因素,人心向背决定着事业的兴衰。而在大企业众多职工中又以领头人最为关键。因此可以说搞活大企业的诸多因素中,选好选准企业的主要领导是第一因素。
