本文报导了从300～525℃InSb的熔点范围内,富In的In-Sb溶液的液相成分随温度变化的测定报告。利用温度相互作用参数的线性关系,这些数据可以近似地描述为一个简单的溶液模型。
This paper reports the determination of the liquid phase composition of In-Sb-rich In-Sb solution with temperature changes from 300 to 525 ℃ in the melting point range of InSb. Using the linear relationship of temperature-dependent parameters, these data can be approximated as a simple solution model.
