用间接荧光抗体技术系统地观察了五只恒河猴感染食蟹猴疟原虫并经硝喹或氯喹治疗后抗疟虫原抗体的动态变化。另外一只未经治疗的带虫猴作为对照。4只恒河猴接种子孢子,虫血症前期都是8天,在虫血症的第五天开始治疗:2只用复方硝喹,2只用氯喹基质。另一只恒河猴(4号)为再次感染,血传接种,虫血症前期2天,在感染后25天用复方硝喹治疗。各猴在开始服药后48~144小时内原虫消失。4只接种子孢子的恒河猴的初次抗体反应,在虫血症的第3—11(平均9)天测到;血传感染的4号猴在虫血症的第7天测到。5只恒河猴首次抗体高峰在感染后19—33(平均24)天测到。子孢子接种各猴的最高抗体水平分别为1:40和1:160。血传接种且虫血症期较长(27天)的4号猴,其最高抗体水平为1:640。经硝喹或氯喹治疗后,各猴上升后的抗体分别在感染后26—63(平均36)天开始下降。经硝喹治疗、无原虫复燃的两只恒河猴,抗体分别在感染后310天及373天转阴;经硝喹治疗而有原虫复燃的一只恒河猴,复燃后抗体水平从已下降到1:20上升到1:80,此水平比首次高峰高一个倍比稀释度,并至观察朋末(464天),抗体仍维持在阳性低水平。
The indirect fluorescent antibody technique was used to systematically observe the dynamic changes of anti-malarial antibodies against five macaques infected with malaria cynomolgus and treated with either quinolone or chloroquine. Another untreated mite monkey served as a control. 4 rhesus monkeys inoculated with sporozoites, pre-serotonin are 8 days, the fifth day in the treatment of lamivudine: two compound quinolone, two chloroquine matrix. The other rhesus monkeys (No. 4) were re-infected, blood-borne, 2 days pre-serotonin, and treated with compound quinolone 25 days after infection. The monkeys disappeared within 48 to 144 hours after starting the medication. Primary antibody responses in 4 rhesus monkeys spiked with sporozoites were measured on days 3-11 (mean 9) days of the parasitemia; blood-infected No. 4 monkeys were detected on day 7 of the parasitemia. The first antibody peak in five rhesus monkeys was detected at 19-33 (mean 24) days after infection. The highest antibody levels of sporozoites vaccinated with each monkey were 1:40 and 1: 160, respectively. Monkey 4 vaccinated with a longer parasitemia (27 days) had a maximum antibody level of 1: 640. After treatment with either quinolone or chloroquine, antibodies raised in each monkey began to decline at 26-63 (mean, 36) days after infection, respectively. After treatment with nitroquine, two Rhesus macaques without protozoal resurrected were negative at 310 days and 373 days post-infection respectively. One rhesus mononuclear re-ignited by treatment with nitroquine showed a resurgence antibody level From 1:20 to 1:80, the level was one fold more than the first peak, and until the end of observation (464 days), the antibody remained at a low level.
