PGI_2 and TXA_2 are important mediators involved in the regulation of cardiovascular system and blood cell function. We have previously reported a significant elevation of these two substances in the sera of septic shock rats, and their role in shock is not fully understood. In this paper, we observed the dynamic changes of plasma 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) and TXB_2 in endotoxic shock and made correlation analysis with hemodynamics. Experiment with 15 adult dogs. A catheter was inserted from each femoral artery and femoral vein under sodium pentobarbital anesthesia. Multi-channel physiology recorder was used to record arterial blood pressure and cardiac output. Injecting E. coli endotoxin (7 mg / kg) from the vein results in endotoxin
