上海新世纪商厦工程位于浦东南路和张杨路口,占地面积约20000m~2,建筑面积为144837m~2,地下建筑占地面积为12934m~2,地下二层。地下室基础采用2m高由纵横梁组成的中空箱形底板,当地下室有水渗入时,作为隔水仓使用。基坑开挖深度,从自然地面算起,基坑开挖深度大部为8.5m,局部深度为9~11.40m,见图1。基坑周边总长为574m,在这样大面积、深基坑的围护采用水泥土深层搅拌桩(下称坝体)作无支撑结构是否有可靠保证,前无经验可借鉴。在监理进驻现场后,向总承包方日本清水建设株式会社提出建议,对实施方案存在的问题,组织专家进行评审,进行分析研究,补充完善了一些技术措施,现已施工完毕,取得了成功,总结一些取得成功的经验,对今后大面积深基坑的施工开挖,无疑是有益的。
The Shanghai New Century Commercial Building Project is located at Pudong South Road and Zhangyang Road. It covers an area of about 20,000m2, a building area of 144837m2, an underground building occupying an area of 12934m2, and a second floor underground. The basement of the basement is a hollow box floor consisting of 2m high and vertical beams. When water infiltrates in the lower chamber of the building, it is used as a water silo. The excavation depth of the foundation pit is calculated from the natural ground. The excavation depth of the foundation pit is 8.5m, and the local depth is 9-11.40m. See Figure 1. The total length of the perimeter of the foundation pit is 574m. In such a large-area, deep foundation pit enclosure, whether the cement-soil deep mixing pile (hereinafter referred to as the dam body) is used as an unsupported structure is reliable, and there is no experience beforehand. After the supervision was stationed on the site, a proposal was made to the general contractor Nippon Shimizu Construction Co., Ltd., and problems with the implementation plan were reviewed. Experts were evaluated, and analysis and research were carried out. Some technical measures were supplemented and improved. The construction was completed and successful. Summing up some successful experiences will undoubtedly be beneficial to the excavation of large-scale deep foundation pits in the future.
