对黑龙江、吉林、辽宁和内蒙古4省近10年来通过审定的183个大豆品种的油脂含量、蛋白质含量及蛋脂总量进行了分析评价。结果表明,东北地区大豆品种的油脂平均含量为20.61%,蛋白质平均含量为41.54%,蛋脂总量平均值为62.16%。油脂含量以黑龙江和吉林较高,但省份间差别不大,黑龙江和吉林高油品种所占比例较大。内蒙古和辽宁的大豆品种蛋白质含量高于吉林和黑龙江,且高蛋白品种所占比例也较大,蛋脂总量也表现出相同的趋势。
The oil content, protein content and total protein content of 183 soybean cultivars approved in recent 10 years in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia provinces were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the soybean oil in Northeast China had an average oil content of 20.61%, an average protein content of 41.54%, and an average total amount of egg fat of 62.16%. Oil content is higher in Heilongjiang and Jilin, but the difference between provinces is not big, and the proportion of high-oil varieties in Heilongjiang and Jilin is larger. Inner Mongolia and Liaoning soybean protein content is higher than in Jilin and Heilongjiang, and the proportion of high-protein varieties are also larger, the total amount of egg also showed the same trend.
