从我国改革初期公路的投融资体制改革以来,公路市场的投融资出现过多种方式,如最早出现的BT、BOT等模式以及近些年刚刚开始采用的工程统包模式,都反映出了公路投融资市场的发展与变化。如今,随着投融资市场的成熟与平稳发展,环境与方式也有了一些变化。本文将通过两个实际案例,从不同的投融资背景、操作方式以及取得的效果,分析目前投融资市场的变化及发展趋势。
Since the reform of the investment and financing system of highways in the initial stage of our country’s reform, there have been many ways of investment and financing in the road market.
