随着国内市场经济的深化改革,当前,企业的管理模式也相应产生的变化,而财务管理在现代企业管理中也扮演中越来越重要的角色。企业开展生产与经营的一切活动,都无法规避财务管理在其中巨大影响,可以说财务管理在现代企业管理中占据着起绝对的核心作用。企业财务管理水平的优劣程度直接影响着一个企业现实经济效益,因此,强化财务管理工作正是一个企业经营发展的先决条件,也是每一个企业最为关注的问题。本文概述了当前国内企业在财务管理中存在的问题,并提出针对性意见,旨在为企业经营管理提供一定参考。
With the deepening reform of the domestic market economy, the current management mode of enterprises has correspondingly changed, and financial management has played an increasingly important role in modern enterprise management. All activities of enterprises in carrying out production and management can not sidestep the tremendous influence of financial management. It can be said that financial management occupies an absolutely central role in modern enterprise management. The level of the financial management of a company directly affects the level of the actual economic benefits, therefore, to strengthen financial management is a prerequisite for the development of business, but also the most concern for each business issues. This article gives an overview of the current problems in the financial management of domestic enterprises, and put forward targeted opinions aimed at providing some reference for business management.
