Ⅱ号泵是我国自己设计制造的系列化油泵之一,使用于东方红—75,东方红—40拖拉机和东方红—54发电机组上。它的调速器部分和老泵有很大区别。所以弄清Ⅱ号泵的结构,了解Ⅱ号泵的工作原理,正确的保养和使用是发挥机车效率、延长使用寿命的关键。我厂接触Ⅱ号泵的时间还很短,所以对Ⅱ号泵的认识还是肤浅的,很多问题还弄不准,现将两年来我厂修复Ⅱ号泵时常遇到的问题和处理方法介绍如下:
Ⅱ pump is designed and manufactured in China, one of the series of pumps, used in the East Red -75, the East-Red-40 tractors and Dongfanghong -54 generating units. It’s governor part and the old pump is very different. Therefore, to clarify the structure of pump number Ⅱ, to understand the working principle of pump number Ⅱ, the correct maintenance and use is to play a motorcycle efficiency, the key to extending the service life. I plant contact Ⅱ pump time is still very short, so the understanding of Ⅱ pump or superficial, many problems are not allowed, now two years I repair plant Ⅱ pump often encountered problems and solutions are described below :
