2014年9月,我和另三位教师被派遣到嘉和幼儿园,发挥公办园的优质教学资源,对民办园进行帮扶工作。我们怀着一腔热情,意气风发地准备施展一番拳脚,但真正落下脚来,才发现,帮扶工作不单是教学技术上的支持、教师教学行为上的帮助,更不是甲方一厢情愿的施予。它首先需要两所园达成目标上的一致、思想上的靠拢和观念上的融合。这一步很重要,一致了,万事皆顺;不一致,行动阻滞,执行不力。嘉和幼儿
In September 2014, I and three other teachers were dispatched to Jiahe Kindergarten to give play to the quality teaching resources in the public park to help the private park.
