学前教育对人的一生的智力发展有着重要的作用,农村幼儿教师为国家幼儿教育做出了重要贡献,然而国家却没有给予农村幼儿教师应有的待遇,农村幼儿教师在退休后往往陷入了贫穷的窘境。为此,国家应出台农村幼儿教育政策,完善相关法律法规,建立良好的信息渠道,还农村幼儿教师一个公平的待遇。
Pre-school education plays an important role in the intellectual development of a person’s life. Rural kindergarten teachers make an important contribution to the national preschool education. However, the state does not give due treatment to rural kindergarten teachers. Rural kindergarten teachers often fall into poverty after retirement Dilemma.
